Submersible Water Pump for Clear Water and Sewage1. On the premise of ensuring the technical performance of the submersible electric pump, specific specification data such as the number of stages of the submersible pump may change due to technical improvements. We will not notify in advance. Please refer to the nameplate data of the submersible electric pump.
2. In addition to the above national standard products, submersible pumps of specifications such as 6613, 6618, and 6620 with West German technology can also be provided.
3. Undertake the design, manufacturing and installation of various submersible electric pump projects.

IV. Structural Introduction
(1) The structure is shown in Figure 1:
The pump part is mainly composed of pump shaft, impeller, diversion shell, rubber bearing, check valve body (optional component), etc. The motor part is mainly composed of base, pressure regulating membrane, thrust bearing, thrust disc, lower guide bearing seat, stator, rotor, upper guide bearing seat, water slinger, water inlet section, outgoing cable, etc.
(2) Main features:
1. The motor is a water-filled wet submersible three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor cavity is filled with clean clear water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. The pressure regulating membrane at the bottom of the motor is used to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the water inside the body caused by the temperature rise change of the motor.
2. In order to prevent sand grains in the well water from entering the motor interior, two oil seals are installed at the upper shaft extension of the motor, and a sand slinger ring is installed to form a sand-proof structure.
3. In order to prevent the pump shaft from moving upward during startup, the pump shaft and the motor shaft are connected as one by the coupling, and an upper thrust bearing is installed at the lower part of the motor.
4. The lubrication of the motor and pump bearings is water lubrication.
5. The stator winding of the motor adopts high-quality winding wire for submersible motors, with high insulation performance.
6. The pump is designed by computer CAD, with a simple structure and good technical performance.

V. Installation
(1) Preparations before installation:
1. Check whether the submersible electric pump meets the operating conditions and scope specified in the manual.
2. Use a weight with a diameter equal to the maximum outer diameter of the submersible electric pump to actually measure whether the inner diameter of the wellbore can accommodate the submersible electric pump, and measure whether the well depth meets the installation requirements.
3. Check whether the wellbore is clean and whether the well water is turbid. Never use the submersible electric pump to wash the well or pump sandy water, so as not to prematurely damage the submersible electric pump.
4. Check whether the position of the installation clamp at the wellhead is appropriate and whether it can bear the weight of the entire unit.
5. According to the assembly drawing in the manual, check whether the components of the submersible electric pump are complete and the installation is good. Remove the filter screen and rotate the coupling to see if it rotates flexibly.
6. Unscrew the water filling bolt, fill the motor cavity with non-corrosive and clean clear water (note: it must be filled completely), and then screw on the water filling bolt. After 12 hours of water filling, measure the insulation resistance of the motor with a 500V megger, which should not be less than 150 MΩ.
7. Cable joint: Use an electrician's knife to cut off 120 mm of the rubber sleeve from one end of the outgoing cable and the attached cable. Then stagger the three strands of core wires in a long and short stepped shape, peel off 20 mm of copper core. Use a knife or emery cloth to remove the oxide layer on the outside of the copper wire. Insert the two butted wire heads into each other. Tie and fasten them with fine copper wire, and then solder them thoroughly and firmly. Remove the burrs on the surface. Then for the three joints, respectively use polyester insulating tape for semi-overlapping wrapping for 3 layers. Tie and fasten the two ends of the wrapping layer with nylon thread. Then use the semi-overlapping method to wrap the tape for 3 layers. Wrap the outside with high-voltage insulating tape for 3 layers. Finally, combine the three strands and repeatedly wrap them with high-voltage tape for 5 layers. Each layer of wrapping must be tightened, and the seams between the layers must be tight and firm to prevent water from seeping in and damaging the insulation. After wrapping, soak it in water at room temperature of 20ºC for 12 hours, and then measure its insulation resistance with a megger, which should not be less than 100 MΩ.
8. Use a multimeter to check if the three-phase wires are conductive and the DC resistance is approximately balanced.

9. Check if the circuit and transformer capacity are overloaded, then connect the overload protection switch or starting equipment, as shown in Table 10-2, and then pour a bucket of water into the submersible pump from the inlet node to lubricate the rubber bearings inside the pump. Then, stand the submersible pump upright and immediately start it (not exceeding one second), and check if the rotation direction is consistent with the directional plate.
10. If it is opposite, swap any two of the three-phase cable connections, then put on the filter net and prepare for lowering into the well. If used in special circumstances, the submersible pump must be securely grounded before use.
(II) Installation equipment and tools:
1. A 2-ton or more chain set.
2. A triangular stand with a vertical height of at least 4 meters.
3. Two steel wire ropes capable of bearing more than 1 ton (capable of bearing the entire pump set).
4. Installation clamps (clamps) two sets.
5. Wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, electrical tools and instruments, etc.
(III) Installation of submersible pumps:
1. The installation diagram of submersible pumps is shown in Figure 2, and the specific installation dimensions are listed in Table 3, "Submersible Pump Installation Dimensions Reference Table".
2. Submersible pumps with a head of less than 30 meters can use soft tubes, and the pump can be directly suspended in the well with a steel wire rope or other ropes capable of bearing the entire pump set and the water pipe and pipe water by using a plastic bag to protect the cable.
3. Submersible pumps with a head of more than 30 meters should use steel pipes, and the installation sequence is as follows:
1. Use a clamp to secure the upper end of the pump part (the motor and pump are already connected) and suspend it with a chain. Slowly lower it into the well until the clamp rests on the wellhead, and then remove the chain.
2. Use another clamp to secure one pipe, 15 "1. After the submersible pump is installed, check the insulation resistance and three-phase conductivity again from the switch, and check the instruments and starting method."

Check whether the connection of the moving equipment is correct. If there is no problem, you can start the trial run. After starting, observe whether the readings of the various instruments exceed

The rated voltage and current specified on the nameplate should be observed, and the pump should be listened to for any noise or vibration. Once everything is normal, it can be put into operation.

2, After the first four hours of operation, the motor should be stopped and the hot-state insulation resistance tested immediately. The value should be no less than 0.5 "
3, After the pump is shut down, it should be started again five minutes later to prevent the water column in the pipe from not fully returning and causing the motor to start with a low water level.

"The current was too high and the motor burned out."
"4, After the water pump is put into normal operation, in order to extend its service life, it should be regularly checked for power voltage, operating current, and insulation resistance."

Is the sheath resistance normal? If any of the following situations are found, the machine should be shut down immediately to resolve the problem.

At rated operating conditions, the current exceeds 20%

The water level drops to the inlet section, causing intermittent water discharge.

(3) The submersible pump vibrates violently or makes loud noises.

The power supply voltage is below 340 volts.

One of the fuses has blown.

The input pipe is damaged.

The motor's hot-state insulation resistance to ground is less than 0.5 megohm.
5, Disassembly of the unit:
"Unfasten the cable ties, disassemble the pipe section, and remove the protective cover plate.

Loosen the drain plug and empty the water in the motor chamber.

Remove the filter net and loosen the fixed screws on the coupling that secure the motor shaft.

Loosen the bolts that connect the inlet node to the motor, separate the pump from the motor (be sure to level the unit when separating to prevent damage).

" The disassembly sequence of the pump is as follows: (see Figure 1) the inlet node, impeller, guide vane housing, impeller... reverse check valve body, when disassembling the impeller"

Use special tools to loosen the conical sleeve that secures the impeller first. During the disassembly process, avoid bending the pump shaft and damaging the parts.

The disassembly process of the motor is as follows: (see Figure 1) Place the motor on a platform and remove the double-headed bolts in sequence from the bottom of the motor (pull

(Screw the) nut, base, axle head lock nut, thrust plate, key, lower guide bearing housing, double-headed bolt onto the shaft stud.

Remove the rotor (be careful not to damage the winding) and then remove the connecting section and the upper guide bearing housing.

Assembly:
Before assembly, clean all the rust and dirt on the parts, apply grease to the mating surfaces and fasteners, and then assemble them in the following order:

Disassemble in the reverse order and assemble them in the opposite order (the up and down movement of the motor shaft after assembly is about 1mm), and then assemble the coupling.

The pump should be flexible, and then the filter net should be installed for trial operation.

"6. The submersible pump should be disassembled and inspected every year of operation, or if it has not operated for less than a year but the submerged time has reached two years, in accordance with Article 5 for replacement of worn parts."
