High Accuracy Water Electromagnetic Flowmeter Electromagnetic Flow Meter
The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive instrument used for measuring the volumetric flow of conductive media, base on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. A pair of detecting electrodes are installed on the pipe wall, perpendicular to both the axis of the measuring pipe and the magnetic field lines, generating an iduced electromotive force. This induced voltage is detected by the electrodes and its magitude is proportionla to the flow rate.
This flowmeter can measure the volumetric flow of general conductive liquids as well as strongly corrosive liquids,such as strong acids and bases, homogeneous liquid-solid two phase suspensions like slurry, mineral slurry and pulp. It is widely used for flow measurement in industries, such as petroleum, chinmical metallurgy, textile, paper, environmental protection, food, as well as in municipal management, water conservation and river dredging.
